    Buy cheap buy twice

    I bought a KMC chain for my sram x1 groupset. The chain looked kinked when in rotation and I have constant shifting issues, and the noise from the chain was the same noise you get when a tuning is required. When the chain was engaged with the narrow wide chain ring you could notice that they didn't seat correctly and the chain was almost hovering about the chain ring. This took me a while to notice and I fell outwith my bike for a good few months. When I realised whatvwas occuring and bought a sram chain and OMG the difference in quality is amazing. Lesson learned.

    Last chance

    My last pc X1 chain was obviously defective!! After only a short time one of the external face links developed a 4 mm split in it, which obviously would of ended up resulting in the chain breaking. Luckily I noticed it before it broke. SRAM UK will not replace the chain due to the "nature of the product"!!! Not good as still has/had loads of life. Will monitor new chain and if same happens will move back to KMC

    Have a 1x11 SRAM xo1 set up on my trail bike, came with a kmc chain, v odd, runs sooo much smoother and quieter now as this is the chain it should of had on it, chuffed customer, dealt with back-pedalling issues I was having too
