    Sweater arrived with visible hole in the front, not pictured or mentioned in description. When politely contacted about it they were very rude and stopped replying to my messages. Blocked me so I cannot request return from them. Left me feedback accusing me of making a 'perfectly round hole' - clearly not round and clearly a moth hole! Very unpleasant interaction which has left me not wanting to use eBay again.

    A perfectly round GAP, not a hole, made by forcing between the chunky stitch to make a gap. Asked me several times to give some refund. Told to request a return/refund through eBay which this buyer refused to do and went "silent" - says it all - another lie, as I offered them to return for a refund through eBay which they wouldn't do before they were blocked. Nasty, dishonest buyer, full of lies.
