I was especially worried because the piano boxes were heavy and bulky or it didn't arrive all at once, and you know that sometimes not all delivery people care about making a professional delivery. So far so good, my daughter is delighted and is enjoying it, its design is spectacular, just like the Yamaha model, hammer sound, etc. just as the description said. That was another point of concern, but we are very happy with the purchase.

They told us it was out for delivery on the day we should have received it, it never arrived. We were then told agin by EVRI that it was out for deliver the next day again no delivery. Nothing heard the next day until the evening to say it would be delivered on the Saturday. It was but to a parcel hub when it should have been delivered to our house.
