    Immediately after pushing pay button I noticed description of holster was NOT what I wanted. So I IMMEDIATELY requested a cancellation. Minutes later is received an email saying CANCELLATION WAS REJECTED ! Said reason was item was already shipped ! That was UNDENIABLY FALSE ! I JUST hit the Purchase button ! I contacted seller & they said if I returned the holster they would REFUND the purchase ! I’m NOT Going to take that CHANCE ? Refusing to cancel was a game changer! Read the fine print !!

    Great customer service! I broke a clip on my versus holster, contacted Tagua and they wouldn't help me since I didn't buy the holster direct. These guys found a holster with the same clips and sent it to me to harvest the clips off of at a dirt cheap price. Took a bit longer because it got delivered to the wrong address but the clips fit and it works. Thanks guys!
