Swift response with positive communications assisted smooth transaction. However, new vacuum still on trial basis after the first one on very first use overheated blow out (2000W motor faulty) while on high suction for less than 10 min despite no blocks and moderate dust. Smelt burnt with black soot and stopped working. So fingers crossed with replacement X not yet used with max suction! But great suction despite it all.
