Originally you asked when item will be dispatched. I replied within my 2 working day dispatch time. What is wrong with that? You then later contacted me saying you was not happy that the item arrived damaged. I replied with its a used item and only cosmetic and you wont see damage when installed and the item will still work as it should. I also offered a refund which you refused.

Just a note to say that the seller lives in a rural area and your phones email may not work so take your buyers code with you as the seller ( quite correctly) won’t release the item without it.
