    Good product

    Used it a bunch of times for sous vide cooking and haven't had any issues with the product so far. Has a slight electric hum that can be heard if you get close to the unit while in use, but that's nitpicking. While searching for affordable prebuilt digital temperature controllers, this is the best product that I've found.
