So I contacted GoKitchens to tell them and they sent out another. Again, the wrong colour. It was only on the third attempt that we got it right. I was tempted to put neutral but the customer service has been excellent throughout and I can't fault them for trying to put the mistake right (even if it took 3 goes) TLDR: Customer service: Great, Order pickers: Sort it out

When I contacted them gotobathrooms.i had replacements4 tiles within 3 days. Thank you. However not the same for DPD driver same man both days. He was rude and inpatient he refused to wait until I could open and check. Noting my delivery was very well packed and had fragile tape all over packing he still had bumped his van up onto curb. - a***n (337)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI ordered a replacement sink, it arrived quickly and very well packaged but unfortunately with a large chunk cracked off, I guess it sustained a substantial knock in transit. A message with pictures of the damage resulted in a replacement being dispatched immediately, again arriving quickly and undamaged this time. Within the hour it was fitted in place of an existing damaged sink. Excellent response and brilliant communication. Would recommend.
