I wanted plastic misunderstanding of seller said they were plastic. When they arrived they were metal. They arrived well packed and in excellent condition. The quality was far better than another set of shelves from another seller, they also came with clips to secure the shelf tops. They appearance is very pleasing to the eye. For £2 more they are very good value. The seller was professional & diplomatic.
