      Purchased a toy that stated it had sound. The sound was NOT working when it arrived. I contacted seller and was told to return it or get 20% off. Im not about to rip the toy from these kids ....but 20% when its NOT WORKING? What a joke! But I think the seller being rude was enough for me to leave the negative. I have also waited 2 days for a reply and nothing. Now isn't that great customer service...

      Totally False Claim i offered this buyer 100% refund but they wanted to keep the item. With that i still refunded them 20% which is the ebay policy and they wanted more of a refund. I followed ebay policy and they chose not to return item and get 100% refund.

      Item was used and from 2013 so it can't be new and shows wear. Seller packaged well, and shipped fast, but expensive price to mail. I buy a lot, and price for same weight! I'd check the price since you brown papered the priority mail postal box. I will check price at my post office to see.
