    First, I must say this seller has outstanding communication skills and customer service. I contacted him numerous times and he responded quickly, answering my inquiries with professionalism, politeness and courtesy. I must admit that when the tracking number was provided, and I saw a carrier delivery service that I was unfamiliar with, I did have some trepidation. That being said, the guitar was delivered on time as promised. The guitar itself is an unbelievable value for the price.

    I haven’t had a chance to test this tent yet but I want to thank the seller for their quick response to a SNAFU at our local post office. We live in a rural area with no home delivery from USPS and the post office created a mixup around this package. The seller responded very quickly and made sure I was able to receive the tent in time for my upcoming hiking trip. I will circle back to review the product, meanwhile huge thanks to them for going the extra mile!
