    Good information but recipes aren't in this book.

    This book does explain the 7 days weight loss plan...but you have to purchase a different book which is a cookbook in order to get the recipes that are in the plan in this book. The author should of clearly stated this on cover of book that it needs the cookbook to be able to follow it.
