Purchased for a friend after I had already used the brand (though not product) myself. Amazingly he had only just been recommended this by a colleague so was delighted by coincidence, to receive it as a gift from me. He reported it really helped him to sleep and to sleep better. The only downside is it is rather expensive for the quantity and not all the ingredients are the 'natural' ones I expected there to be. Amazing - really works!
I was really not wanting to believe all the online reviews for this but it really does work. Really works! Normally I have no problems with sleep but recently I found myself unable to drop off & would wake up during the night. After a couple of weeks I was just ready to drop. But then this arrived. I just use one spray on my pillow, it smells lovely. Not overly sweet but a sort of herbal-ly scent - it smells like it will do you good. And it certainly worked for me! I now don’t take long to drop off and I sleep soundly until morning. I’ve been having some very vivid & lively dreams but I guess that’s because I’m getting more REM sleep which I guess is a good thing. If you’re having trouble sleeping I’d definitely recommend trying this. The 75ml bottle will last me quite a long time so ...
