    Listing said "real leather" but the lining was not and no mentioned in the listing. Their 1st message was in extremely poor English and then silence until Ebay got involved and then the messages were better written. They were responsible for sending a pre-paid label but chose to just send the address. Hiding behind poor communications and the difficulty in actually talking to someone at Ebay to sort the problem, makes only the determined suceed in getting a full refund.
