Packaging was great with plenty of bubble wrap, and the laptop displayed no imperfections. Postage was very quick and reasonably priced. Very good value for a laptop that has had little use. Kindle is exactly as described, maybe even in a better state than advertised. The value is great, especially so because it actually is the ad free version which I didn't expect. However, the charging cable was faulty and simply didn't work, which was an unfortunate surprise. I would recommend the seller to check the cables before sending them. Great experience overall!

Only issue was that the delivery person threw it over my 5' high side gate!! Luckily it was very well packed (another plus) and survived it's first, and only, flight without damage. Really!! I know these delivery people are busy, but would they want something of theirs delivered like that?! Entirely not the sellers fault, but I feel 'signed for' deliveries are best, they really shouldn't be throwing stuff over gates!!Sabre 18V Cordless Hammer Drill (#256872527127)
