    Item exactly as described and very well packaged. My new neck arrived safely in England with NO damage. In addition to postage I had to pay UK customs a total of £46.51, which I think is quite reasonable. I have not yet had time to check the neck for fitment on my Squier Strat, but the seller said it should fit. Excellent communications with seller, I was sent tracking info straight away.

    DHL didn't notify me in any means; no email, sms, not even a paper note in the mail box. I did have a link from the original email, it had many entries and was in German, and I was not prepared for the lack of communication with DHL. So had to be shipped twice, long story short. Condition of the neck was ok. My local luthier did have to spend some time to refine it. He was not impressed by the work, but I'm satified with the end result.

    Good communications but next time you wrap everything in plastic bubbles and put it in a box and then put that box in a second box with protection foam or something else. The cd’ s are great thank you.
