Pages for drawing or doodling & some adult colouring, plus lined sections for notes & thoughts, dotted throughout with mindfulness messages & modest suggestions for managing stress & distress. Great for creative spirits & journalers. [Aimed at men & women but, from the artwork, I would say it's more likely to appeal to women.]

    Was okay but nothing great. When I opened my book I had realised that it had already been written in.. (wishing someone else a happy birthday in 2018) as well as some of the pages were half coloured in. which was a little disappointing...
