      A very nice diecast that is well presented and is a mainly accurate representation of the vessel it depicts

      This die cast is very solid, being almost all metal, and the paint finish is true to the actual vessel depicted in the series. My main point of criticism accuracy wise is the shape of the torpedo apertures, being squared off at the top instead of curved. This difference in detail is probably due to the torpedo firing mechanism that is included, which in my view is superfluous, as this is a collectors model, not a toy. This is the reason why I've given this model an overall four star rating.

      Happy memories

      What an amazing model. Takes me back to my youth. I am 70 now and remember my parents getting me a stingray from a cereal company and I loved that. So thanks for the memories. It’s a beauty. I would love to see a supercar model !
