    Very good communication, unfortunately the goods arrived and where very badly damaged. Not the seller’s fault, but careless delivery service, (which one I don’t know) as it passed hands through a couple of courier services. I sent all relevant proof of damage and he was very apologetic. Sorry I had to send it back but I had no choice. On a plus note your service was exceptional, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Price good too.

    I returned an auto part to the seller for a refund, as it did not fit my car. He refused to accept delivery of my package. It was entirely his fault that the wrong part was sent out; I gave him the precise dimensions of the car component required; but he sent me something that didn’t fit. He is also a terrible communicator, and has little technical knowledge about the parts he is selling online. I have wasted nearly 200 euros, and no refund! My advice: Avoid this incompetent seller!
