Buyer assumed a particular type of vintage which I hadn’t heard of and didn’t state it was this in my listing. Damaged in post (despite secure packaging), so accepted return. Item further damaged on way back, arrived loose in thin A4 envelope. eBay resolved issue & refunded buyer. Buyer hoping particular type/age of jewellery which I didn’t say it was in listing and she sent inappropriate message after refund.
