When they did get here they were wrapped nicely, but there's where the problem began.. The shoes are much more worn than stated. There are places on the shoes were they are completely worn through. Very disappointing.. minor refund did not refund shipping for something they shouldn’t have sent in the first place. Be careful. The flaking can be attributed to being in storage for a long time. I did not alter photos. I’m sorry you weren’t happy . I refunded your purchase price. And told you to keep the sandals, rather than make you pay to send them back. You paid for original postage as per the terms written. I have been a seller for 23 years, with 100% positive feedback for most of those years. I do apologize but I am also sure that those sandals are quite wearable.
