The ring was sold as brand new, so I requested a refund. Sadly the seller was unwilling to refund, and blamed me for ‘wear and tear’. Buyer uses it for a whole month, then expects a refund. I am not accountable for what happens to an item no longer in my possession, for an entire month where misuse, accident, or wear and tear could have ocurred. In these circumstances, buyer would have no legal right under Consumer Law.
