This is a great machine ! Perfect replacement part
The drip tray had developed a crack and needed replacement. This part acquired through eBay fit perfectly in my machine and restored it to near perfect condition. great, BUT, remember care and feeding!!!
The used one I received was polished on the outside but filthy on the inside, but a little work with Cafiza, and stretching the spring and it seems to work like new. People need to understand that when using these / any pressurized portafilter that after each pull you need to flush the grounds from the head and do a regular pull with no espresso to clean the inner workings. Also every 20 or so pulls you need to put a bit of cafiza in the bowl pull for a few seconds and then let it sit for a half hour and then clean thoroughly. Old coffee oils are the main killer of good espresso taste!!! :) This is the same as you would have to do with a non pressurized pf with either a single, or double boiler machine. It is simply the care and feeding of your espresso machine! :) I use almost turkish ground (big Bunn grinder at Market Basket Cafe Jose tarrazu dark costa rica beans) lightly tamped and pull for 25sec.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

I am such a loyalist. I first bought the Starbucks Barista way back in 2004. I can't imagine how many cups of delicious espresso it had made through the years. It recently died and I thought I would switch to the newer machines. Well, I was disappointed and returned each one of them. I found this one from an awesome ebay seller, who wrapped it beautifully, as if it were alive and needed to travel comfortably! My family is so happy! Go for it--works well, reasonable cost
Works well, fits nicely on the countertop without dominating the space. The portafilter was a little difficult to get onto and off the machine until I trimmed the flange of the filter cup down so it is no larger diameter than the carrier.
