I refused. He then claimed that his employee sent the wrong brush and promised to send a genuine EZ detail brush if I promised to remove the negative feedback. I asked him to send me a genuine EZ brush tomorrow and if and when it is received, I will reassess the feedback. I honestly doubt if he will send a genuine EZ brush. These sellers should be penalised for their wrongdoings
