The items are really marvelous—they were wrapped at a very high level of professionalism, so they arrived intact. The parcel stayed in customs for about 3 weeks, not because of the seller, and I was terrified, thinking that it may be broken. But there was no damage because S&B are not very nice people when you communicate with them. They are real professionals who have very fine items and know how to send them in comfort. Thank you

This buyer is a great customer who resides in Romania and is communicating with us in English. We certainly can't communicate with him in the native Romanian language. All of our numerous, frequent communications have been very enjoyable & pleasant. We are certain that he meant to say "because S&B are not just very nice people when you communicate with them. They are real professionals who have very fine items and know how to send them in comfort." He left out the word "just".
