    I bought this item (New) and I received it damaged. I contacted the seller to let them know and sent photo evidence. They replied saying that it wasn't possible and called me a liar. They said "You sell books yourself and have got this from me as a replacement for a damaged book you have and are just out and out lying. Have some morals and be more honest. Keep the book and the money you clearly are a dishonest individual. Good luck liar". They sent a full refund but the insults were unnecessary
