    In my opinion

    The coin meets my needs, as an odd ball, I'm drawn to oddities. Rotated US coins are in that category. Older ones' more so then later ones. Better equipment and inspection have cut down on the number of rotated coins that go into circulation or just released to banks. Value, as you know, is determined by quality, quantity, and demand. Do your own calculations on your wants, availability, and ability to acquire. It's a balancing challenge. Once you make your judgment, you must act, and can still miss out. This all provides satisfaction for me.
