Cold War, Us Vs Them Drama Set in a Govt Science Lab
Someone is sabotaging a project to place a mirror in orbit to focus rays of the sun on Earthbound targets. Also a space station is about to be launched. Also there are robots. Also there is a computer that runs everything and appears to have been hacked by devices controlled by aircraft flying over the top secret installation. Vague romance. Lots of suspects.
