The seller responded promptly to my message regarding the matter, and I don't doubt for a moment that the item was despatched in the condition described. But I do think that the packaging used wasn't appropriately robust enough for transit! The seller offered a refund including return shipping costs but I try to avoid this due to personal circumstances, therefore I retained the CD. Positive feedback given because of good CS.

    Just Another Great Ferry Album.

    Great cd with the unmistakable vocal excellence of Bryan Ferry. The arrangements are fascinating throughout. He has covered Dylan successfully over the years and this is just a great project that allows you to listen to the craftsman that Ferry undoubtedly is, be it on his own songs or putting his own slant on another truly great songwriters work. I don't know if Dylan has heard this but it's a safe bet he would approve, some of the songs sound better than the originals but they are covered with passion and respect to their creator. Buy it. It's great value and a great album.

    These brilliant Bob Dylan songs are enhanced with the beautiful voice of Bryan Ferry. His cool, calm delivery of Mr Dylan's lyrics; gives the listener a different, respectful, take on these influential and moving pieces of music 🎶 Time and again i return to this album. It is superb. 🎶
