Tried to tell me that it was my vehicles fault rather than an issue with the refurb. So I have now ordered a new one at significantly more that the refurb price, but I'd rather trust that than this. Not interested in excuses, if there were other things I should check then they should have told me in advance. Simple customer service in my opinion. Don't believe it was the vehicle anyway as the fault was, and continues to be, on and off.Reply from: bandhservices18- Feedback replied to by seller bandhservices18.- Feedback replied to by seller bandhservices18.purchased an outright switch not a recon, 4 months later we purchased your original supposedly faulty switch that had nothing wrong with it. i asked for some basic diagnostic information to confirm and try and assist, battery voltage and fault codes stored in your ecu. your reply was that the battery was fine and your obd tool said there were no faults even though your vehicle is clearly indicating otherwise. you can not see it being anything other than the switch??? can not help some people.
