Lamp bulb holder broken and unable to snap back in place. Lamp shade damaged and cannot be repaired. The owner of the store did reply back offering $50 for damages but took no responsibility for the poor packaging. I didn’t want the money as this was not the issue. The shipping cost was $100. The owner said I would have to file a claim with UPS.
