    An Awesome Read Like the Others.

    I am a huge fan of Alton Brown and the show Good Eats. So I got all the books and each one has the science and history of certain foods. This book contains info on many great episodes including, Going Dutch, my all time favorite as it involves the Dutch Oven. Any Good Eats fan owes it to themselves to get this book along with the others
