- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThe wrong item was sent I started a return which in part because of the system cocked things up a little as I rang the company to collect as I wanted the ladder stay I ordered urgently and they sent a loft ladder so contacting them directly I thought they could drop and collect at the same time- no they wanted me to wait for my item to be returned from where the ladder was meant to go so I settled on a refund after weeks of being messed about I eventually got a refund- communication was poor
