The item was completely not as described. It was not in "excellent" condition as I had ordered. It was in poor condition (inc a stab mark on rear!) & a non-working touchpad. This was a waste of time, I also lost out on a voucher code that I could have used on another item. Businesses will not learn to value customers unless true feedback of experience is given. This is mine.
