    Communication very poor. Ignored my emails asking about delivery. Had to get support from ebay. It hadn't been posted for a long time. When the item eventually arrived late, it was broken. I would never use this seller again

    Hi there! I just spotted this feedback - I apologise for not having done so before now. I can't find any messages from either yourself or Ebay about this. My account suggests I sent the item on the 3rd business day after your purchase. Packaging is always something I take great care over. The dragons' wings are removable and easy to pop back in. I did so to make a more secure parcel and keep the contents safer, as I wrapped each part in bubble wrap.
