      Terrible attention to packaging and shipping. The item was a glass mug, and I was charged more in shipping than the price was the item ($9, item was $7). Item was sent in a reused bubble mailer and, obviously, arrived broken. To charge thatu much in shipping, you would think the seller would at list spring for a box and some bubble wrap.
