The dress was packaged in tissue paper and a securely sealed grey plastic bag. The bag was delivered torn but the tissue paper was still intact and the dress was unaffected, so I don't know what happened in transit but thankfully it didn't cause a problem. Overall very satisfied and would buy again from this seller.
