Two thumbs up. eBay gets zero stars though, as they decided after he'd shipped that it was a "restricted item", and disposed of it somehow. Probably. I got a refund, seller kept his money, fuel pump got junked. Probably. It's frustrating that eBay can't be more transparent about policies.
