Sweet sixteen
Do not hand my daughter your cell phone. She is prone to dropping, throwing and even stomping on phones. Please note the S3 is NOT completely or in any way waterproof or microwave-proof. Well, are YOU going to tell your sixteen year old she doesn't get a phone while she is using the loaner flip phone becuse hers is toast? The S3/Powermat combo is the fix. The s3 is a really decent phone that can do most (but not all such as IR blast the audio system) things a kid wants. Put a screen protector on it and wrap it in the Powermat cover and you are GOOD 2 GO for $100! When I got the last pair (well they are not totally indestructible) the screens had been replaced. That means what YOU have to do it you don't have to scrape and air blow that old screen off for three hours. Slide it off in minutes as the glue is only around the edges. iPhone or not, the PowerMat is awesome and kids love how the magnet sucks it in. I have owned several iPhones and S3 as well as other less phones and the S3 with original glass is the best. I have several still around the house. We use the old iPhones to steady both kitchen and dining tables, but the S3s are the ones under our chair legs doing the real work. Horrible Quality
The phone came in a timely manner which was nice because I shattered the screen on my previous phone. I used the phone for about a week and found a different one I liked more. So, I gave the S III to my daughter and she used for about a month and the screen went out. I contacted him and he told me we could replace it, but after I got his email the phone came back and had no problems so a couple weeks later shortly after the 30 day return the phone screen totally went out and he said he would not help me. samsung products S3 and Note 3 versus LG 2
I had a LG 2 and dropped it and crack it. It would not work where the crack was only the other areas, however my wifes note 3 has about 3 or 4 cracks that still works fully! I see where the samsung products still work even in most cases of a crack. Thats a plus knowing if it has a crack it still works, very annoyed with my LG 2 because I had to turn it side ways or flip it to press the area i want, while her note 2 fully worked is a plus, also like the features of my samsung both the S3 and Note 3 both work well, pictures nice functions all work well. Didn't work
Phone would not charge, and it had not been wiped before shipment; still had all the previous owner's data on it. Tried the battery from an identical phone I already had, and it seemed to work ok with that, but it would not charge with either battery. Suspect the phone was not thoroughly checked out before shipment, but the purchase price was refunded with no hassle. I'm planning to replace the screen (it's on order). I don't know about the battery because, since it's a 4G phone, PagePlus wouldn't activate it without my buying an expensive plan that I just don't need or want. Great phone, one small issue
This phone was GREAT for the rating that they gave it, but I had to return it because it had an issue with the speaker. Something that isn't always noticed unless you use the device.
