      On 1st delivery there was a pole missing so I emailed Colin and he got straight back to me. I explained that the Evri delivery driver says it needed to be re-packaged and I’m assuming when this happened the pole “disappeared” but Colin just says “oh well” and offered to post me another pole asap.
