Seller notes: “PLEASE NOTE that to operate you will need to download the driver and software from the manufactures ... “PLEASE NOTE that to operate you will need to download the driver and software from the manufactures website and because this is an older scanner you will need to downloads the driver and software for the Epson Expression 1680 as this will work fine with the Epson Perfection 1650 (as shown in the video) and is more compatible with windows 10. Instruction on how to install the driver will be included, please see the pictures. This scanner is in good condition and is fully working as shown in the video but does have some marks, scratches and a little sun damage on the scanner but this does not affect the use of the scanner and all woks fine. Power lead and USB cable is also included. Please see the pictures and video for the condition of the scanner before purchase.”
