    Overall disappointing experience - slow and basic service Quite slow to send out - Royal Mail very slow to deliver. In the end raised an "item not received" request, received it two days later and a response to the request after four days, quite a curt response simply stating it had been delivered, no apology so not great in the comms department To add to this the item was sent in a plastic bag, no bubble wrap or protection of any kind. Sadly not the great service I read about in other reviews

    I'm sorry you were disappointed with the service and feel that we did not communicate as well as you expected. The postage already costs us more than we charge the customer. If we were to start adding bubble wrap etc. then we would have to charge more or lose even more money than we already do! Unfortunately we are in Royal Mails hands when it comes to delivery, it is out of our control. We pay them for a service and every now and again they take longer to deliver than they should.
