We both saw the tracking of the item which has been moving between USPS facilities. It was all over the five boroughs for about three weeks, but never arrived at my residence. The seller was very kind in giving me a full refund…the day before tracking said it was delivered. The item, in fact, was not delivered, so I will be visiting USPS tomorrow to find out where the item was delivered. If I can find it, I will gladly pay the seller.
