      Unconscionably shipped an unframed canvas painting across the globe without a box, wrapped only in plastic and paper. Arrived with a tear in the canvas and a broken stretcher. Seller messaged for feedback and I reported the damage, with photos, and received no response. Definitely would not purchase any of the art from them if they can't even be bothered to use a box.
