    The creamer arrived broken (although it was wrapped several times in bubble wrap), and when I let the seller know, they immediately refunded me (within 30 minutes of my message!). I believe the seller wrapped the creamer carefully, as it *was* wrapped in bubble wrap so I don't fault the seller for that at all, and I appreciate the quick refund! I would 100 % purchase from them again.
