    Item is in very good condition. Few nicks and bumps as expected with a refurbed item. The plug wire is a little worse than expected but not inoperable but we will need to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t fray as it has a few deeper scratches.

    As new for a refurbished item. however the hoover is very bad at picking up slightly bigger items, this is a big negative as they get stuck very easily. But best in class for dust and hair.

    Small wear on the insulation wire bit otherwise vgc. We thought our old Dyson was good but this is lighter and cleans dog hairs off carpets which the dyson animal couldn't. Not to say the Dydon wasn't good, but the initial impression of the Shark is better all round. Lighter, hoovers better, anti hair tangle, easier to empty etc
