Seller placed excellent pictures but you never know until it is actually in hand. The packaging was carefully thought out that not even the UPS or USPS could damage it while it was in their custody !!! Great job by this Seller, to bad they all couldn't be this way.

    I am so sorry to tell you that the bowl arrived broken! I am so upset because you could not have packed it any better! A box inside a box, large bubble wrap on bottom of box, styrofoam & plenty of additional bubble wrap over the bowl & taped securely! I received it late on Thursday the 18th, I heard the FedEx truck & the box was by the door as I saw him leave. I have sent you two pictures, there is no damage to the outside box at all. I just Can’t believe it arrived broken considering how well
