    Exactly as described, very fast dispatch and good communication. The only area of comment is that, given that this was a steelbook, I would have preferred to have seen the Bluray to have been packed in a card box, or in a strong jiffy bag. It was only protected by a standard paper envelop and a very thin layer of bubble rap, which provided minimal protection. I consider myself extremely lucky that the steelbook wasn't dented. Coms and service 10/10; packaging 2/10.
