    As agreed, I sent the item in an envelope instead of a package because the item was so small and selling for $1.99. As far as i knew it arrived to you until you alerted me that it had not. It ended up being returned in the mail much later as I apparently didn't put enough postage on it. I resent this item and it wasn't returned a second time so I believe you received it. This is also after you retracted your payment for it, so you ended up getting the item for free. I'm surprised you're upset...
