    Item just as described and seller communication good BUT despatch using eBay via Post office took 2 weeks. Another item I bought via eBay and Evri has also not yet arrived ordered before Christmas. In future I’m not going to buy anything unless seller would send either guaranteed overnight or 48 hour tracked. Quite happy to pay extra for this

    Hello Lesley. Thanks for the FB. Sorry for the delay and I'm glad it arrived, eventually. Sellers are held liable for goods that go missing, but even with 48 hr tracked options, try as we might, actual delivery is not within a seller's control.
